What we collect
- Account details — your email address, username and display name.
- Images you upload or generate, and the cards you create.
- Order details, including the delivery address you enter at checkout.
- Basic technical data such as IP address, needed to keep the service secure and to rate-limit abuse.
How we use it
To run your account, store and display your cards, process and deliver orders, send service emails such as verification codes and receipts, and to prevent abuse of the service.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of providers to operate the service:
- Stripe — payment processing and delivery addresses.
- Cloudflare — image storage and delivery.
- Resend — sending account, order and contact-form emails.
- Google — optional sign-in, and AI image generation.
- GitHub — optional sign-in.
- PostgreSQL (self-hosted) — database hosting.
We do not sell your personal data.
Cookies
We use cookies that are necessary to keep you signed in. We do not use them for advertising. Your theme choice and unsent editor drafts are stored in your browser only and never leave it.
AI-generated artwork
When you use the AI art studio, the prompt and any reference image you provide are sent to the image provider to generate the artwork and are not used by us for anything else. Generated images are stored with your card like any other upload.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and its contents. Use the export and delete controls on your account page, or email hello@pokepoke.app.
Retention
We keep your account data while your account is open. Deleted accounts are removed within 30 days. Order records are kept longer where required for accounting and tax purposes.
